As we approach the construction of the bunkers and greens' complexes, we will be using this blog tool to help communicate to the membership. This may evolve over time, but we feel it will be a way to limit daily, weekly, and monthly emails and allow membership to find information regarding the project all in one place.
The order in which we will conduct the construction is as follows:
9, Driving Range, 8, 7, 6, 18, 17, 16, 15, 10, 14, 13, 12, 11, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1, UCD Short Game
During the project, we will have different phases to accommodate play and construction efficiently. This will allow construction to continue uninterrupted and allow golf to continue on 9 holes with minimal disturbance.
Phase 1:
On April 21st, 2025 we will break ground with construction and close 9 holes. Holes 6-10, and 15-18 will be closed for construction. Golf will be open to play on Holes 11-14, and 1-5. The sequence of Holes members will play may be communicated before teeing off, but currently we foresee the sequence of the first phase to play starting on Hole 11 and ending on Hole 5.
Phase 2:
Holes 10-18 will be closed for construction. Golf will be open to play on Holes 1-9.
